Item #10654
As shown on pg 138 of Mick Prodgers Book Vintage Flying Helmets. Condition is good VG. Leather is supple and strong. One earflap snap has pulled through. It remains attached and is an easy fix. The earflaps display in two positions: rolled up so that hearing vent is exposed and snapped down to cover vent. The broken one can only fasten in the rolled up position as it is now. Fleece lining is worn with approx 50% remaining. Chinstrap and buckle remain and are in display useable condition, rare helmet, and classic aviation item from the Great War
