Still in original box with a 1944 date. The goggles are in poor condition and un-wearable. The rubber is cracked and stiff. The lenses are foggy. In the box there are some spare lenses, which are also foggy and a small instruction sheet. These blackout goggles were used to train gunners and pilots on how to fly at night, without actually needing to fly at night.
