Item #13364
Good+ example, 1st edition printed in 1919. 7 3/4 inches by 10 3/4 inches. 432 pages. Well illustrated with photos and drawings. Book shows moderate age with some scuffing to the cover and corner wear. The 305th was part of the 77th Division. As such it saw heavy combat with over 400 men KIA and 22 men receiving the Distinguished Service Cross. As a division the 77th advanced farther against the Germans &77.5 km) than any other US division. They fought in both the Argonne and Meuse-Argonne offensives. Well written history on a well seasoned outfit.
