1st edition printed in 1919 by the division association. VG+, showing light age and wear.
Embossed, colorful cover, 228 pages, 12 x 9 well illustrated. This volume covers the 77th from its inception (25 Aug 1917) thru to the end of the war. The 77th saw heavy combat with over 9500 combat casualties. They served in both the Argonne and Neuse-Argonne offensives. The famous Lost Battalion (308th Inf.) was part of this division. Four men from this division received the Medal of Honor and another 83 received the Distinguished Service Cross. A well written, nicely organized history.
