This is a clean WWI US canteen and cover. The canteen is in good shape, with some dents. It is made by L.F.&.C in 1918. On the bottom somebody has etched in "B-0501". The cork washer in the cap is missing. The cover is in very good shape. There is some light staining to the canvas and corrosion to some fittings. One of the studs for the push button snaps has been replaced.
