This is in good, serviceable condition with signs of age and use. Both the shell and liner are dated 1962. This is a complete helmet set. The liner chinstrap is intact as well as the leather sweatband. One of the A frame rivets that hold the suspension system has separated. The shell retains it's chinstraps,99% of its original paint, and there are no visible dents. This helmet was modeled after the USGI Steel M1 helmets.
