Uncommon heavy twine style nets used by the German forces in WWII. See page 145 of Ludwig Baer's excellent book: "The Hiistory of the German Steel Helmet 1916-1945". These stretch over the shell and use a draw string to pull it tight around the edge. Condition is Good to Very Good. Colors vary with different shades of green. These do not have the draw string. Plain Green in color.
