This coat is in poor to fair condition. The rubberized fabric is starting to stiffen from age, but it still has some movement in it. The glue that sealed the seams along the inside of the coat is dry and causing the seams to come undone. The edges are worn along the collar and the cuffs. There in one hole on each shoulder where the shoulder boards would have ben attached. The armpit on the right side has been torn and mended.
