Former double decal Heer helmet with the tricolor looking to have been chemically removed somehow. The liner and chinstrap have been replaced by post war German liner and chinstrap variants. Exterior paint is in fair condition with the decal 75% present. Good helmet for use on mannequin since you don’t have to worry about the liner being damaged.
