This is in overall rough condition with heavy discoloration and soiling present. This is a one piece construction with the swastika printed onto the field of white. This measures approximately 29 inches in diameter. There is a 4 inch tear to part of the perimeter as well as two 1 inch rips. The edge is frayed with a dotted line along the circumference.
