This is an nice WWI German butcher blade bayonet and scabbard made in 1915 by the Fichtel & Sachs Co in Schweinfurt. The bayonet is in good to very good condition with a bright blade and only a few areas of dark spots.  The scabbard has a fair amount of light pitting spread across the whole thing. Overall a nice example of a hard to find bayonet.
