This is in overall good, serviceable, used condition with signs of age and use. These canteens were made pre WWII but were commonly used during WWII. This has an all leather carrier suspension system. The leather carrier is in fair, malleable condition. The portion of the leather sling that meets the stitching to the canteen is starting to wear and separate.
