Consists of white jumper with makers label and blue collar trim. Rank insignia on right sleeve. Shows staining, from mostly storage, inside pockets and tie strings to collar. No holes, mothing or tears. Would rate good plus. Shorts are a larger size with age and storage staining. Comes with belt with nice silver metal buckle with anchor insignia. Overall good plus only because of storage stains.
