Linen or cotton summer cap with rough linen lining with acceptance stamps marked “Petrograd 1917 and storage stamps with initials and dates thought to be from Finnish units.Excellent, almost unissued condition except for long term storage damage to cardboard cap band stiffener which is broken in two places.
