Named to a Radioman Third Class Warren E. Zschach Jr. Set contains Navy dress jumper set, undress jumper set, three white utility uniform sets, two white belts, a blue belt, a Yale footlocker lock and key, a white dixie cap, a blue tally cap, a Navy graduation certificate for Radarman School and a promotion document in a navy department envelope, a yard photo and personal photo of the sailor in a postmaster envelope dated 1951, a Thanksgiving meal menu, a news clipping of the ship he was stationed on, and a paper tag welcoming task force 13 to Oakland, CA. Navy dress jumper has Operations Specialist Second Class insignia on sleeve and ribbon bars on chest. Ribbons are for Combat Action, Good Conduct, China Service, National Defense Service, Korean Service with two stars, Republic of Korea Presidential Unit Citation, and UN Service. Graduation Certificate is for Class A completion of Radarman school awarded on April 11th, 1952. Promotion document is for promotion to Radarman Third Class on May 16th, 1953. Yard photo has no caption but is at a barracks and there is a sign for electronics so likely taken at the USNTC base in San Diego, where the envelope is addressed from. Zschach is the seaman in the 3rd row, 5th in from the right.
