Very GOod condition. 4th Issue. Featuring image of President Lincoln's Secretary of War, E.M. Stanton who was also shot on the night of Lincoln's Asassination. Bill is partially torn at center fold. Shows some age and wear, but has nice color with clear printing. Displays well in plastic sleeve.
