This is a VG example of a 1943 dated sextant produced by the Bendix Aviation Corporation. They made intruments for both the Army Air Forces and the Navy. Appears to be complete and in working condition. Variable power scope has clear optics with minor spotting on the lens; a cleaning should correct it. Comes in a nice mahogany issue box with Bureau of Ships tag. No accessories in the box. No key. Bxc has nice patina but shows wear and has a corner chip.
