Very Good condition helmet, rear seam indicates late WWII manufactured at the earliest. WWII canvas straps confirms this. These style straps were replaced with updated straps during the Korean War. It has a Capac made suspension straps are loose. Leather chin straps for liner is there but is stiff / dry and needs reconditioning.
