This is a fair to good Pre-WWII US Army Officers M1902 Sword.  The sword was made by McLilley & Co. Columbus OH.  The scabbard has a fair amount of wear with a fair amount of light pitting to the plated scabbard.  The sword itself is in overall good + condition with the etching in good shape.  One bar of the grip guard has been bent slightly but is not in bad shape.  The grip itself is metal which is painted black and has some light to moderate wear to the paint.  Overall a fair M1902 sword.
