Vintage “New Old Stock” item. During the first part of WWII (after Pearl Harbor) there was a strong fear of enemy air raids on the coastal portions of the US as part of our civil defense effort these hand pumps (similar in size to a bicycle pump) sold to home and small business owners to fight fires caused by enemy bombs. These are in VG+ condition, still in their original wrappers* and show only light storage age. Some even have their original tags (may be tattered) however we include replicated tags too. *Most but not all.
