UM-300, WWII / Korean War Era US Navy Lt. Cmdr. Document Grouping

This item is listed for historical interest only. It is not for sale.
Item #15809

An apprximately three inch stack of paperwork belonging to US Navy Lt. Commander Anthony Fedanzo. About the only thing missing from this grouping is his personnel file. Many of the documents are from 1951 to 1953, including a travel log from Bremerton Washington to San Francisco California. Also a stack of over 30 black and white photographs taken of the USS Kearsarge (CV-33) upon which he served. The list of awards he was authorized to wear included WWII and Korean War medals. Inside are two different officer rosters of all the officers serving on the Kearsarge along with their home addresses at the time. Included are several days of transcripts involving a helecopter crash on the USS Kearsarge. This is a very interesting set of documents that might provide someone with the perfect research project.
