The USS Picking was a destroyer which launched in 1943; it served in WWII, Korea, and Vietnam. The USS Picking was decommissioned in 1969. This lighter is non-functional and well worn. All the corners and edges are dinged and scratched, exposing the brass underneath in some areas. Made in Japan.
