(ABSOLUTELY NO FOREIGN SALES)  This is a Modern US Army Improved Outer Tactical Vest in ACU.  This includes both the front and back the side pieces as well as the lower back piece.  All of the quick release hardware appears to be there.  The size is a medium which is rated for a 37" to 41" chest. Overall the set is in great condition without the usual signs of sweat staining or wear from use.  Also included is a Sergeant First class patch velcro'd to the front.  Great piece which is difficult to find.  (ABSOLUTELY NO FOREIGN SALES)
