This is a 1980's made US Army Officers dress blue uniform made in Hong Kong.  The uniform is in excellent condition and is named to "Donald E. Woods."  The coat is an approximate size 44 chest and the pants are an approximate size 34" waist by 28" length.  The uniform has some subtle differences from a standard uniform but appears to be still in regulation.
