These were intended to be strapped on to the standard US Army boot for use in winter or icy conditions. They are adjustable to the boot size. MFG. by MB CO. There is some minor rust/corrosion to the surfaces but overall in very good condition. All straps and chains are present. The fabric straps are in very good condition with only minor age and staining/wear.
