In great condition. No signs of mothing. Nice bullion cuff insignia. 1968 dated. Named to J W Menzie. �These are difficult coats to find as the service was relatively small. �The coat is basically a US Naval Officers coat except with USPHS insignia on the cuffs and buttons. �Also has a US Navy Uniform shop, Brooklyn NY tailor tag. �Nice shape overall.
