This is in overall good condition with signs of age and wear. This is named to "J.L. Humphrey 8th Battalion, 10th Regiment Co 1703 U.S.N.T.S." This is The Bluejacket's Manual United States Navy 1940 tenth edition by Annapolis, Maryland. This 784 pages with the last two pages signed presumably by men he served with.
