This is a nice WWII US Army wire cutter set.  The wire cutters have very light rust to the head and have rubber coated handles.  The carrier is 1942 dated and manufactured by Scott MFG Co.  The lift a dot snap has a small spot ripped out at the bottom.  The cover has typical age and wear.
