US Naval Officers Hat. It has moderate wear to the sweat band and the bullion eagle on the front shows age. The black band surrounding the hat shows wear mostly on the sides and rear.  The visor has some wear to the top with a fair amount of crazing or age cracks  Not a bad example and it displays well.
