Very good condition US Army wool dress visor cap. Size 7 1/8 and named to soldier on inside of sweatband. Writing reads "Frank Chipps" and has Army Serial Number 39327785 written underneath. The cap is marked with the "Pioneer Army and Navy Store" crest and has the address of 1133 Market St. San Francisco on the inside as well. Overall hat is in very good condition with some loosening of the stitching towards the rear.
