UWK-0010, WWII US Woodsman's PAL LC-14-B (COMPLETE!)

Marked on the right side of the blade "WOODMAN'S PAL/VICTOR TOOL CO.-READING PA./280/TRADEMARK-PAT. APPL'D FOR". These knives were issued during WWII to most branches of the U.S. Military. 11 7/8 inch dark parkerized blade with a D style guard and leather washer handle. Complete with the original canvas zipper front scabbard ink stamped internally Victor Tool Co. and with a series of booklets, Fighting with the LC-14-B, Living in the Jungle with the LC-14-B and Care, Use and Sharpening the LC-14-B which also come with the original fishing kit and paper cover for the three manuals. Also the original sharpening stone is included. The blade is very good showing some use and light wear with some spotting along the edges. The handle has some handling marks and the guard has wear to the black paint finish. The scabbardis very good, intact, showing some light soiling. These knives are difficult to find especially complete like this. This came from a B25 bomber crewman who brought it back as a souvenir.
