This is in overall good condition. There are no size markings but this is a small size. Under the sweatband is a newspaper used as a stiffener. An article therein talks about the U.S. Senate debating the league of nations part of the treaty of Versailles and reference president Wilson still being in Europe for the peace process. This dates the cap to early 1919.
