This is a great WWI US Army M1905 bayonet and M1910 canvas scabbard for the  M1903 Springfield Rifle.  The bayonet itself is in excellent condition and dated 1917 made by Rock Island Arsenal.  The bayonet is in great shape with ribbing still remaining to the grips.  The scabbard is in great shape with very light to minor staining.  The most significant staining is near the throat.  Otherwise the scabbard is better than most you see.  Great set.
