Done in a folk art / primitive style. Condition is Good to Very Good. There are some repairs to the canvas on the back but they are very difficult to see from the front. In period plain brown frame. Over all approximately 20 inches by 25 inchs. Shows troop ships in New York harbor sailing past a faint image of the Statue of Liberty. Has eagle and 48 star flag in Foreground. Very attractive. Unknown artist.
