WI-119, WWI Imperial Russian War Bonds
Item #11523
These are the less common Russian produced bonds (many were printed under contract in the U.S.). They date from 1915 and 1916 (Czarist Russia) and each bears the Imperial two headed eagle. Additionally each is hand signed by an issuing official. The bearer could redeam coupons for interest premiums so coupons have been clipped from these but they will still retain at least 3 (probably more). Condition is Very Good, some may have bank notations in the corner, minor stains or edge wear. The actual bonds are approximately 12 ½ inches by 7 inches and the attached coupons are 3 ½ inches wide.
